การติดตั้งเหล็กเพลท แบบง่ายๆตามบ้านทั่วไป ( 2 รูปด้านล่าง )
หลายคนอาจยังไม่รู้จักว่าแผ่นเพลทเอาใว้ทำอะไรและใช้งานยังไง เลยเอาภาพมาอธิบายให้เข้าใจกันง่ายขึ้น กับลักษณะ การติดตั้งเหล็กเพลท กับหัวเสา-ต้นเสา ที่เราต้องการเสริมพื้นที่การยืดเกาะและกระจายน้ำหนักลงสู่ต้นเสา วันนี้ผมจะยกตัวอย่างการติดตั้งโครงหลังคากระเบื้องตามบ้านทั่วไป ในรูปจะเป็นการต่อเติมโครงหลังคาทำเป็นครัว โครงสร้างรวมต้นเสาจะใช้เป็นเหล็กทั้งหมด
ขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง เหล็กเพลท ในรูปจะเป็นขนาด 5×5นิ้ว หนา 6 มิล. แบบไม่เจาะรู ที่ใช้แบบไม่เจาะรูก็ เพราะว่าเป็นการติดตั้งโดยการเชื่อมยึดกับเสาโดยตรง เมื่อเราทำการติดตั้งเสาเที่ยงตรงดีแล้ว นำแผ่นเหล็กเพลท ไปประกบที่หัวเสาให้ได้ระนาบ ถ้าหัวเสาไม่เรียบก็เจียรหน้าให้พอเรียบ แล้วทำการเชื่อมติดกับต้นเสาได้เลย ในรูปจะอ็อกเชื่อม 4 ด้าน แค่นี้ดูแข็งเเรงก็ใช้ได้เเล้วครับ เมื่อเหล็กเพลท เชื่อมติดกับต้นเสาแล้ว พื้นที่ในการรับน้ำหนักและเนื้อที่จะเชื่อมติดกับคานก็จะเพิ่มขึ้นทันที่ครับ แบบนี้ความแข็งแรงทนทาน รับน้ำหนักได้ดีกว่าเดิมอย่างเห็นได้ชัด
